we booked here for one night as a place to stay outside of LA on the way to Monterey. So glad we did, the hotel rooms are big and spacious with large beds and plenty of amenities. The check in staff Abraham was absolutely fantastic and was so incredibly welcoming and helpful to us after a very long flight. Thank you Abraham. You are a credit to the hotel.

This hotel is terrible. The room was poorly maintained and service was awful. The manager and staff are rude and have disgusting attitudes. The location of this hotel is bad as well there is traffic everywhere around it.

I would not recommend this hotel. The hotel is very outdated. There was a jacuzzi tub in my room next to my bed. Why would they have this at a Homewoods Suites?

Hotel needs lots of work

Not worth the money, needs lots of renovations. Carpet in hallways are dirty and tripping hazard. Shower layout is horrible and water was not hot enough, lukewarm at best.

I pride myself in writing good reviews but this stay was one disgusting let down. After seeing its reviews we booked a room. We immediately tried to relocate and the staff was of no help. The furniture was dirty, curtains torn, carpet filthy and stained, bathroom from the 70’s and there was hair in a bed. I have contacted Hilton directly and will dispute any charges as at the desk it has a statement posted that if not satisfied first night free. The General Manager was of no help and couldn’t even come out of the office to assist us. Please do not stay here. It’s a disgrace.
