    Booked them through Expedia and immediately realized the day was wrong. Contacted Expedia and they contacted the hotel on my behalf and spoke to Stella to adjust the reservation date. Apparently the booking date was never adjusted and neither was I ever able to get a refund from the hotel.     Boutique, Hollywood stay

    Stayed here for five days for summer camp. At first, the pullout bed in our suite did not look good, but housekeeping gave us bedsheets and blankets. The free continental breakfast was good. Just know you have to pay 45 dollars a day for the only parking service, valet parking! The hotel is very boutique and modern and there is very little noise from the street. The lavazza coffee in every room and suite is good. Overall a nice, comfortable hotel that is good if you want to have a boutique feel.     I have been choosing Hotel Amarano for over a decade when in Burbank/LA area!! It is a lovely boutiques hotel with great rooms and suites, a lovely Restaurant/Bar, pool/hot tub and exercise space. The staff is exceptional! From doormen, to front desk, managers, bartenders and room service personnel - EVERYONE is looking to please you and make sure that things are as you’d like. It’s a warm and friendly environment.The rooms are spacious, beds super comfy and great Wi-Fi and room service as well! I highly recommend it, and I’m a frequent hotel guest across the globe.     We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Amarano. From start to finish, the staff were top notch. The valets were exceptionally friendly. We arrived in the rain and they opened doors, had umbrellas etc. In fact, we ran across the same staff member the next day in the elevator, and he remembered our names! We had two rooms, and one of our guests is quadriplegic. The staff went above and beyond, letting us check in early to one of the rooms to handle a medical need, and were accommodating when we had to make changes due to unexpected health circumstances. The rooms were comfortable and clean, they felt very "elevated" and had nice touches like robes and a Lavazza coffee maker (though a quick instruction card would be helpful). The bed was comfortable, everything was clean, nice view of pool area which we couldn't use because of the rain. Room service was fast and the lady super friendly. We had had a long day at Warner Bros Studios and it was nice to come back to the room and eat. We ordered multiple entrees and drinks; all the food was delicious, cocktails were great. Honestly, there wasn’t a thing we could fault, and I feel like that's so rare these days. The location is perfect, and the little touches made a big difference, like giving us umbrellas to borrow when we left in pouring rain for our tour. It is a nice place but the staff is in my opinion, what makes this hotel exceptional. We looked at other hotels before booking and are so glad we chose to go here and can't wait to come back for the same Gilmore Girls event next year! Thank you!     Comfortable stay with great customer service!

    I visited Hotel Amarano for a staycation with my husband and we really enjoyed our stay! The rooms are beautiful, clean and spacious and the staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The lobby restaurant FYC offers a great free continental breakfast, and we loved everything we tried on the dinner menu as well. The pool and hot tub area is lovely and relaxing, and the rooms have many useful amenities. It’s also convenient to key tourism locations like Universal Studios, the WB Studio Tour, and Burbank airport. Highly recommend for locals and tourists alike!
