    Loved the hotel, people were friendly and helpful. Only issue is the lack of free breakfast on site. Made our stay more costly!!

    Check in was easy and the host was very polite and assisted me with validating my parking ticket. The room was clean and had a great view of the city. Great amenities and service overall.

    This is my go to hotel every time I bring my children down to Universal Studios Hollywood From the front of house, staff to the cleaning crew to the building engineers to the café crew and Bartenders. Everybody is friendly and go out of their way to commentate you. This is a Lost Art making you feel as if you are part of their personal family when you are staying at the hotel. Thank you for always making my family and I feel welcome, This is the reason we come back every year. This is definitely not our first rodeo. We have stayed here half dozen times it’s within walking distance of many restaurants/clothing stores Animal mall. Definitely something to do here, For everyone.

    Great location. You can walk to many restaurants around there. We have Universal Studio passes with it only being 10-12 mins away, my wife's hotel choice ea. time. Clean premises and rooms with very friendly staff
