  Another Wonderful Vacation

  We absolutely love staying at Hotel Indigo Anaheim! From the manager all the way to the cleaning staff and restaurant staff, every single employee goes above and beyond for their guests. We have stayed here several times now, and every visit has been consistently amazing with the same warm, welcoming treatment and wonderful staff members.The rooms are always extremely clean, the beds are unbelievably comfortable, and the toiletries smell amazing. The restaurant food is absolutely delicious, and the pool and hot tub are always the perfect temperature.What truly makes this hotel special are the thoughtful personal touches. The last two times we stayed, we were celebrating birthdays, and the staff decorated our room and even gave the birthday guests a small gift bag and homemade card. Those extra touches made us feel so special and appreciated.We continue choosing this hotel every single time we visit Disneyland because the experience is always exceptional. A very special thank you to Omar, the hotel manager, who is so sweet and kind. It’s easy to see why the staff is so wonderful under his leadership.We are incredibly thankful to all of the staff members for making every stay memorable!   Great Family Hotel

  We love this particular Hotel Indigo location and have stayed many times as a family of 5. We choose the room with 2 beds and pull out sofa and its a tight fit, but its really all we need after a day at Disneyland. The front desk staff is always super friendly and even remembers us from previous stays. The last time we stayed I actually got really really ill from some bad food (not from the hotel!) and the staff gave us an extended late check out..The rooms are modern and clean. If there were were only 3 or 4 of us I am sure they would feel a lot more spacious as well. The location is great. Its a short walk to Disney which makes it easy to "rope-drop" and then walk back for a break in the middle of the day, but its also far enough that we can justify taking a ride share back at night. Its also very very close to the Gardenwalk and a ton of other restaurants. The beds are comfortable and not too soft. There is a mini fridge in the rooms which is great, and a shared microwave in the lobby if you need it.   I would like to share my second experience while staying at the indigo in Anaheim California. I stayed here in 2025 and I came back again in 2026 both time was very nice. The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and the value was very good.What I would like to emphasize is that the people working there are very, very kind, nice and helpful. One person in particular is a young lady by the name of Daisy. She would greet you with the kindest smile and acknowledges and greet you when you enter a hotel.When I had an issue with the laundry, Daisy would walk me all the way over there to make sure my problem would get resolved. when I was just taking a break in Dining area with my daughter, Daisy was kind enough to go over there and turn the lights on for us so we can see what we were doing. That’s what I call Great customer service!Overall, all the stuff at the hotel were all very kind nice and helpful.As for Daisy, I would like to say thank you for your kindness during our stay. You were either trained very well by the hotel to do your job or you must have been raised by great parents!!!   Wonderful urban location!

  We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Indigo. We are frequent Disneyland visitors and really liked the location of this hotel. From this hotel we only ever walked to the parks, but it was definitely at the long end of what I would consider a walking distance hotel. It was doable for two 30 year olds on a 2 night trip but with a larger family or a longer stay we might have had some troubles or started getting ride shares. While most areas we have stayed in Anaheim have a very suburban/strip mall feel this block had a very nice city vibe to it and there were a ton of shops and restaurants very close by. We always like to have at least one meal off Disney property on our trips and the Cheesecake Factory was very close by, and there were plenty of additional options within a less than 5 minute walk. I booked through Chase travel, and I usually try to avoid third party bookings but my points went farther this way than they would have if I transferred them to IHG. I think the third party booking led to our room location being a little substandard, and I didn't get any of my IHG gold benefits, but I knew this would probably be the case when I chose to book through chase. We arrived well before check in time, and our room was not ready yet, but we were able to pre-register for a quick key pickup once it was available. The front desk staff was very kind, and they also gave us a key to the upstairs lounge so we could have some room to change and re-pack our bags before heading out to the parks for the day. Was a very nice little lounge area on a mezzanine looking over the lobby. Our bags were stored out in the open behind the front desk, would have preferred them to be in a private office or dedicated storage room but they did get returned safely to us. They also had a little light and water show right outside the lobby in the evenings which was cute. Almost like a little mini World of Color! Our room was on the first floor, and the hallway layout was a little strange. its pretty apparent this used to be more of a motel-style property with outside hallways. our room was right across from the pool, but noise was never an issue. The bathroom was at the back of the room, along with the window and Air conditioning unit. Because these were at the back of the corridor to the bathroom, not much natural light entered the room. We didn't get much breeze from the air conditioner either, though the room did cool off plenty for us, but we like to feel the breeze, and the room layout meant we really couldn't feel it. The view of our room was straight out to an alley and the back of another building, so we kept the shades drawn for the most part anyway. would have been nice to have a little bit of more lamp light in the room to make up for lack of natural light. The room itself was small but well kept and I did really like the bathroom, it seemed like a recent renovation, clean and modern. The hard wood (or maybe composite) floor was lumpy in a few spots but very hard so its unclear what is causing that, and it was also very slippery in a few spots especially on the side of the bed. didn't make a huge dent in our stay but was memorable. Overall I would probably stay here again, but I don't think it would be my first choice. I would like to come back and book direct and see if I can get a better room. The location was superb! That would be the main selling point for me, especially when we spend very little time in the rooms when we visit the area.   It's the little things that add up to goodness.

  This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting the parks. They have parking. You can walk to the park. Everyone was very nice. I don't know if they will be able to continue but during our stay they made up the room each day. It's so nice to come back after 12 or so hours of park time to have a room ready for me to crash.
