    Upon arrival my wife and I was greeted by a young gentleman at the check in, he was very polite and helpful. I apologize I don't remember his name, I was extremely tired. But he made check in quick and uneventful. The hotel was beautiful and clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. I really liked the added security features, a room card needed to enter the elevator, pool, guest bathrooms, etc. We will be back and bring the rest of our family with us...

    Extremely disappointing stay at Hotel Marguerite in Anaheim. There was no hot water during my visit, which made even basic things like showering impossible. Housekeeping services were nonexistent, and there was no manager available on weekends to address concerns or provide any support. To make matters worse, the breakfast was awful — very limited options and poor quality. Overall, the lack of basic services and customer care made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend staying here

    Great location, right near the block of orange and disneyland. Great staff. Nice and clean rooms and wonderful atmosphere. Nice and quiet and laid back. And great price.

    Hotel is clean and in a good location. Facility looks nice externally, and dated inside.Quiet noise level. Vending machines are available in the lobby, and hot breakfast is served every morning until 9 am, a little too early to stop food service.

    Ants in my room

    I stayed here before a few years ago with no issues, however my current stay will be my last. My room had ants and it was disgusting. I reported this to the front office and they wrote down my room number and said they would get someone in to fix this. I asked about my belongings and they said it would be ok. That night upon returning to my room we experienced more ants to the point I could not sleep. I reported it again and as I walked away I noticed Debbie Bayas laughing. We ignored this and went to breakfast in the hotel where there was molded bread being served. A patron told me to look at my bread and it had mold. This was reported. I was given the Assistant General Manager's Fernando L’s number but was blown off. I kept calling and they never answered or replied. I looked up the corporate office information, but it goes to voicemail. Do not stay here.
