    Even if there is room for improvement in sense of appearance and decor customer service and guest satisfaction was their number one concern! Stars all the way!

    The most disgusting, rotted place I've ever stayed. Black mold on the window sills, dead cockroaches in the bathroom, lubricant all over the floor, and food/drink stains on the wall. The manager, the most incompetent, rude man I've ever met, said, "We don't have another room and there's nothing we can do 🤷🏻‍♀️." The drug deals/sex work here is also nearly hourly. Unsafe, filthy, and roach infested. An absolute disgrace to the tourist market in Orange County. I'm absolutely review bombing them because this place needs to be shut down. I'm going to be contacting the BBB and health department immediately. Avoid room #129.

    Quick check in front desk reps were very helpful n professional to rooms weren't hard to find very clean n comfortable shower was hot how I like it will definitely be checking in again

    Only affordable hotel with jacuzzi and decent rooms. Staff is pleasant and location is great. Right around the corner from knotts berry farm and medieval knights. The water pressure in shower could be better and the rooms could use a deep cleaning other than that everything was pleasant.     Loved our room!Clean, and comfortable. We had a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator. Staff was friendly. Stayed two nights. Cleaning lady gave us extra towels, and coffee for our room. Got to chill the first night, and sight see the next day.
