    Very bad customer service. We found bed bugs and reported it. They offered another room but at that point we didn’t feel comfortable staying. They were unwilling to offer a refund or a voucher for another stay. Rude staff and very unhelpful. Contacted Wyndham and they offered points that would not even equal to a stay. I don’t not recommend for anyone. I took pictures and sent them and they said they were unacceptable because they were on my hand. O didn’t know I was supposed to pose them in bed.

    Disappointing experience. There were yelling individuals, banging on walls morning and night from various adjoining rooms. There were threatening individuals. When asked for a refund due to unsafe and uncomfortable environment, they refused. They only offered another room. However due to the unsafe environment we only wanted the return for the one night. Do not recommend.
