  Great little hotel, very good and accommodating staff. Rooms slightly beat up but clean. Would definitely say was worth it

  Horribly NOISY hotel with run down rooms needing maintenance and updating.

  Horribly noisy hotel with staff that just adds to the noise problem of the paper thin walls that allow every kind of noise; from the street, from the adjacent properties, from the A/C units, and from the loud carts that the housekeeping staff wheel around all morning while they yell to one another down the halls. It's impossible to sleep in this place due to all this noise!The facilites are old and poorly maintained and the carpets are filthy. They clean the best they can, but broken tiels, peeling paint, old worn carpeting that gets rained on from outside and the noise make this a place to stay away from

  The room was decent size. Washroom was really old, and tub was old with ring around it. I could not bring myself to be bare foot in the tub. Ended up wearing my flip flops. The breakfast has nothing hot. It doesn't have bread or muffin, etc. It only has tea and coffee (bad coffee), yogurt, package oatmeal, and granola bars. oh, and some really dry oranges. Our hairdryer in the room doesn't work. We took to the front desk and got a replacement which also doesn't work. Then the front desk lady said she is new and doesn't know what to do, we need to wait until 11pm when she changes shift. By then I wouldn't need a hair dryer. We ended up asking her to let us use an empty room to dry my hair (the hairdryer in that room is wall mounted). It wasn't a good stay. I would pay a little bit more to stay next door at Court Yard Marriot or Best Western next time. This trip we have friends stayed at both of these locations, and they were all happy with everything. We did go see their breakfast, which was much better than ours. They had scramble eggs, bagels, bread, hot oatmeal, etc. To us that's the norm of a continental breakfast. We will not stay here again unless they add more items in their breakfast and do some major renovations.

  Worst customer service of any hotel I’ve ever stayed….And that’s saying a lot.

  I estimate that I’ve stayed in hotels over 3000 nights in my lifetime…..4 star and sometimes just a simple accommodation. I booked this hotel because I was only going to be there for a few hours. It was an average room in a worn out hotel. But to be fair, the front desk clerks were always friendly and nice. There was no soap in the room for the shower…so that was kinda substandard. My biggest complaint is….I left an item at the hotel. I was only in town for a few hours. I was an hour away (in LA traffic, maybe more) when I started trying to reach the hotel to see if they found the item. No luck getting a live person. left a messsage. And then called a number of times. Could NOT get a live person. I tried calling Wyndham….THEY couldn’t get through to the hotel. Then I spoke to the customer service at Wyndham and THEY couldn’t reach the hotel. Finally someone called me back 30 hours later….(after a number of calls and voicemails)…but by this time, I had left town. Now they decided I needed to send a prepaid shipping label. I COULD have picked up the shoes, if THEY had picked up the phone. I admit that I left the item….but because of the poor customer service, I was not able to pick them up. A GOOD hotel would have offered to send the shoes….even though the problem was on both sides (I admit that). My last phone call with someone in customer service at Wyndham was even worse than my service from the hotel. I would avoid staying at this hotel at all costs….it’s a substandard hotel with WAY LESS than substandard service. And personally, I am going to avoid Wyndham if at all possible. I can just get much better accommodations and service from other properties. And so can you.
