    Perfect location for a day at Disneyland and downtown Disney. Room was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the bunkbeds. We will be back next visit.

    We have stayed at Hyatt house to visit Disneyland twice in the last few months. Our latest visit in June 2026 was great. The customer service from Carlos and Celene was wonderful. We really appreciated Carlos helping us get a quiet room! We would recommend the Hyatt house to anyone traveling with kids.Our only disappointment was breakfast ending at 9am.

    We stayed in the Hyatt House for our Disneyland trip and were delighted in the prompt and helpful staff, they rolled with check-in system challenges and were so friendly. The room we were given had a kitchenette and large bathroom and best part- view of the park fireworks! And it was so quiet, we didn't hear any of our hallway neighbors. The lounge area is cozy and large, very inviting and roomy for breakfast with all the rope-droppers. The pool was clean and beautiful with poolside games like corn hole and giant connect 4, which my kids loved, and plenty of seating. Great proximity to the park. We will stay here again.

    We had an amazing stay! We were unexpectedly upgraded to a suite with a fantastic view, which made our trip even more special. The hotel also surprised my daughter with a birthday balloon, and it absolutely made her day.The customer service was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. This experience has made me an even bigger Hyatt fan. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, as I wish the food quality was a bit better. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly return.

    Great hotel, amazing staff and walking distance from restaurants, stores and Disney park. We've stayed at this property multiple times and plan on doing so. The staff has always gone above what's expected to make our stay amazing.
