My experience here at the Hyatt House was great, we had the pleasure of having Anne take care of us and she made sure that my family and I were having a great stay! She also took the extra time to offer my daughter a cookie as well which was very much appreciated! Thank you Anne for a great stay and we will be back!

I stay here regularly when I'm in the area on business trips. In addition to the rooms being clean and functional, the front desk is always helpful and friendly.The free breakfast and coffee is a nice perk when you need something quick in morning to start your day.

Top notch experience at HH El Segundo

I have been coming to the Hyatt House in El Segundo for many years. Whether on business, or now, retired, this is our ‘go to’ spot whenever we come to LA. The facilities have always been great, and are currently under a massive refurb bringing further improvements. It’s convenient to our daughter who lives in the area too. I wish I could name everyone on staff here, but I will call out a few who have just always been there for me over the many years, even leaving personalized notes (and a cookie :) thanking me for my continued loyalty. They make it a no brainer. The service that they provide keeps us coming back. My thanks and appreciation goes out to each and every one of them. Evelyn at the front desk. Carlos managing the outside activities, Letty and Miriam constantly serving up delicious meals.

I walked in a few minutes early for a reservation and I was greeted by Ulla, Eliza and Evelyn they were very friendly and welcoming! The also gave food recommendations in the area!! Great team at the Front Desk.
