    I cancelled mu booking 2 weeks before our booked stay.I was changed for 2 nights and now Travelodge will not respond to my complaint.I have e-mailed and called every day for 4 weeks and not one call.I would not use this company if you value your money.

    Great customer service from the front desk. The hotel provides rental bicycles to get around the area and also has a swimming pool as well as ice and vending machines on site. The rooms come equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, flat screen cable TV, work desk with office chair, telephone, alarm clock, safe deposit box, dressing mirror, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom.Issues I encountered here are there is a $100 deposit required at check in collected using physical debit or credit card. The hotel doesn’t have guest laundry and a fitness center. The TV streaming apps such as YouTube were not working.

    Very clean and friendly property super near Universal Studios Hollywood. After a long day of rides and fun it was nice to only drive 8 to 10 minutes to get back to our room.

    I was extremely disappointed with this location. I relied on the 3-star rating on Hotels.com as well as Travelodge's association with Wyndham when I booked this location. The room was dirty with hair on the towels, floor, and in the shower. There was a stain on the pillowcase on the duvet cover. The shower was disgusting, with stains or possible mold on the walls and in the caulking. The hotel location was noisy the room was outdated. I would not stay there again!

    When booking over the phone, the Representative is a bit rude. I already informed him that I am not interested all the packages or benefits at the moment, but more than happy to discuss once I check in or next day. Not forgetting mentioned to him I had a long day a travel, was so tired and need to go to the hotel get rest, He insisted asking me what’s wrong with inform me all the information that I don’t need.
