  CAUTION! DONT STAY HERE!

  Stayed at Buena Park Grand Hotel Suites from 05/16/26-05/18/26 and it was nothing like the photos online. The rooms were dirty, floors turned our feet black, bathrooms had visible mold/grime, stained sheets, and several of us woke up with bites. Room 107 even had a bathtub overflowing with dirty black water, and despite reporting it, nobody ever came to fix it.To make things worse, customer service was dismissive from check-in to checkout. We were overcharged at arrival, staff were unhelpful, and follow-up regarding a lost item was a complete mess.This hotel seriously needs renovations, better cleanliness standards, and better management. Definitely not worth anyone's money. 1 star review is being nice, I wish we could rate it negative stars.

  Cleaner than most motels in the area, daily maid service. 100$ cash deposit, given back at check-out, near some food, shopping and buses. Very quiet in the back, washer and dryer, ice machines and vending machines. Decent weekly rates too.

  Meet -The Bad, Shabby, and Ugly!

  Only good thing I can say about this dive is the close proximity to Knott’s Berry Farm. And the bed was alright. As for the room itself … the wall paper was sagging, peeling. Skirt boards rough and filthy throughout the whole room. Furniture was scuffed, scratched, rough. The couch good for the rubbish bin. Wake up in the morning to baby cockroaches in the bathroom. The front door in shambles/filth. The secondary lock coming off its clamp. Main lock needed a hard push to lock. How about a piece of tissue to close the peep hole? The cherry on top! Shabby lamp on one side of the bed. Best part … a 6 foot split in the wall. The only reason I didn’t demand another room. Or leave, demanding a full refund is we never stayed in our room beyond sleeping. This room needed an entire gut and rebuild. Appalled they would allow any guests into this pit! Anybody that desperate, knock your socks off!

  Roach nightmare

  Checked in for 2 night stay, to enjoy a couple of days at knots berry farm and the room was infested with roaches. They moved us when I complain to another room. And to our disappointment that room was also infested. Discussing. Stay away!

  very unkempt and rundown

  Unfortunately, this hotel is not one we will return to: extremely rundown and not sure which rooms are portrayed on the website are. We rented a total of three rooms and all of them were rundown:1) cigarette burns and holes on ALL THREE rooms' bedspreads.2) We had to move from one room due to the horrible mold smell.3) They installed wooden blinds on the windows, which is a very nice touch but did not bother taking off old railing.4) suspicious stains all over the rooms' couch, carpets and blankets5) Tiny towels 6) broken air conditioning units that they tried to patch up with double sided tape instead or repairing.7) Super noisy air conditioning and hotel in general8) The pillows felt like lumps of coal and the mattress looked like it had not been replaced in years.Overall, feeling of hotel which could be decent if they clean, disinfect, repair, and replace everything. My advice for the owners would be to please pay attention to the reviews and that if you are going to be in the hotel business, please offer a decent product. It does not have to be fancy, just clean, with no visible wear and tear, decent blankets, towels, pillows and mattresses. I rarely write negative reviews but with this one I hope that the owners will try and fix this hotel: this is a prime location and with a little bit of TLC they can offer a good product and make a bigger revenue with returning customers instead of one-time/will not return customers. The only positive point is the gentleman who checked us in was friendly.
