  Really convenient location...close to Knotts Berry Farm and near nice food establishments like Chick Filet and Yogurtland among others....room was clean and comfortable....love and appreciate the free parking and self parking.   No excuse for fifthy room. I would never stay here again

  Room is dirty and I'm stuck here two more nights. Smells. Like dog pee and I took a picture of the sludge on the headboard. No hot water until I let it run 10 mins. We are also addressing the odor concern with professional-grade treatment to ensure this does not recur.   It’s quiet and close to everything in southern Cali. I really enjoy their complimentary breakfast and 24 hr coffee & hot chocolate. The staff is very friendly and polite.   Not what the pictures show at all!

  The hotel is not what the pictures show. Our room had a desk that collapsed when I put my laptop down on it, bathroom doors that had not lock, not door knob, and didn't close, a bathroom so small you could barely turn around in it, and paint peeling off the walls. The hall way carpets had large bleach stains up and down.
