    This hotel is good value for money! For under $100 a night this place offers complimentary breakfast, banquet rooms for special ceremonies, convenience store, swimming pool, complimentary WiFi, guest laundry facilities, ice and vending machines. In the rooms you get YouTube streaming TV, a mini fridge, safe deposit box, ironing amenities, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries! Take note that they charge $7 for parking and there is no fitness center as well!

    Do not use the hotel stairs!!

    We were originally there for 7 nights..stayed 1 night and got trapped in the LOCKED stair case. I used the stairs to go down 1 flight to get ice and was trapped for an extended period of time. Had my room keycard but it would not work with any stair doors. I had a panic attack from fear and when I was found..3 hotel workers just walked past me in my panic state. I complained to the manager and was told they lock the stairs to keep the homeless out and “I should have known better than to use the stairs”..I asked what if there had been a fire and elevators did not work?? I got NO response!!! On top of that worst experience..the entire hotel smelled really bad..fridge did not work and breakfast was nasty.

    I had a fine experience here. If I had one wish is that they would clean the windows to better enjoy the view. The reception desk was slow to get to me but they were nice. The best part of the hotel is the Belvedere Lounge on the second floor. I wish they promoted it better—enjoyed very nice meal there.

    Do not stay at this hotel! It is nothing like the pictures! Bathroom was not clean, felt very unsafe, there is a door in the room that leads you to the room next to you which I’ve never seen in any other hotel. I had booked 4 nights and had to leave after staying 1 night. Ended up paying for 4 nights without getting a refund. Customer service is very poor. Do yourself a favour a find a better hotel to stay to not ruin your vacation to Los Angeles.

    Dirty hotel, hallways stink, carpets in hallways don't look like they've ever been shampooed, lifts in bad condition, bathroom has mould and cracks. Breakfast is rubbish, with badly cooked eggs and no option for gluten or dairy free. Lots of rude oriental guests playing videos loudly on their phones in breakfast area, talk loudly on phones or shouting at each other. Half the hotel faces the disgusting alleyway behind the restaurants with loud noise coming from their own exhaust vents. A/C and fridge in the room make a really loud noise too disturbing your sleep.
