Try to check in on the 19th a little early was told it would be extra 40 no problem just decided to go to lunch come back. No issues. Came back they canceled my stay for the week. without any reasons. They certainly dont care about their customers dodged a bullet. I wished I would of read the reviews before a booked

Horrible attitude from front desk ladies, bugs crawling in our room, charged us $50 to let a friend use the bathroom, threatened to charge us more if there were stains on the towels, TV did not work, super noisy and our window was broken. The women at the front desk was unbelievably rude and irrational to us, she made our stay so difficult. Little Inn, General Manager at Little Inn By The Bay, responded to this review Your security and comfort is valuable to us, and for your safety, your rooms are not allowed to be used by visitors to use services. Lost & Stolen Item

I stayed here for a weekend a couple months ago. I accidentally left an item there, and immediately called to see what could be done. They said I could send them shipping labels and a box, and they’d send it back. It has been 2 months and I have not received my item, they won’t answer the phone when you call or return your call if you leave a voicemail, and when I finally talked to someone, they lied and said it had been shipped. It absolutely had not been. Best guess, a staff member stole my item and they are now covering and not returning calls or providing any support because they simply don’t want to deal with it.

Cute, Clean, Little Inn

This cute little inn is perfectly located to walk to the beach and restaurants/bars. It is also very clean! The rooms are on the smaller side, but I’m not on vacation to sit in my room. There is road noise, but the fan provides perfect white noise to sleep. Overall this is a great place for a long weekend in So Cal! Don’t expect to watch TV

We’ve stayed here numerous times for the location only. Same gal at the front desk is always curt and unfriendly. TV never works…ever. Minimal support. Location is the only plus but had been very noisy most stays They know they have the location dialed in so they don’t care about customer service. Never consider an early check in…just no. I think it’s family owned which makes it even worse.
