This luxurious city hotel is centrally located in the business district of the city of Los Angeles, just 20 minutes from the airport. Facility

The hotel has 683 rooms and 56 suites, which are located on 11 storeys and are reachable by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Look elsewhere rather than The Biltmore.

    For a 4-5 star hotel the bathroom ammenities were poor. Yes, combined shampoo/conditioner and bath gel in the bath and a small tube of moisturiser provided..but nothing else. Not even a shower cap. The air conditioning in our room didn’t cool the room until the end of Day 2, of a 3-day stay. Wifi didn’t work in the room, after numerous complaints. We had left our luggage with the Bell Captain to store upon check-out. Returning later to pick up, we had to wait 30mins for the Bell Captain. No one could tell us where he was or cared he wasn’t there. We approached the front desk for help and they were dismissive and unhelpful. A poor experience overall. The opulence is all the hotel has going for it.     Went for my husband’s 90th Birthday! When I checked in the gentleman said I am giving your husband a birthday present! It was so unbelievably luxurious and beautiful room. This hotel is so much more luxurious than any we have stayed in in Europe or the United States. I cannot possibly say how beautiful luxurious and wonderful it was to us. If I get to come back to Los Angeles it is the only place I would stay hopefully for a week.
