    Excelent location and service. It has a good relation price/acommodations.They doesn't have variety in breakfast and lunch of everytime

    I must start off by saying this was the best experience I have ever had at any hotel. It is conveniently located to my work place. The staff is most welcoming, Jessica and her smile was very pleasing to see everyday. Phillipa on several occasions went out of her way to assist my during my stay. Bob is a gem. I will recomend my staff to stay at Mosaic Everytime we are in Beverly. Thanks again to everyone.

    Very chilling stay-broken water heater

    Location was great, the rooms were the tiniest rooms I have ever seen at any hotel. The water heater was out for the first two days of our stay, which honestly ruined our stay. I was in town for a surgery and was required to shower with a special surgical cleanser prior to my surgery and I had to do that in freezing cold water. Following my I wasn’t allowed to shower anymore for the rest of my stay because of my incisions so this greatly impacted my stay. We also weren’t offered a discount for the inconvenience. Most of the staffers were sweet, but one of them was horrendous. The dining was a joke and I don’t know if it was just a fluke and if it was just the day that we were there or if it had anything to do with the hot water heater, but everything we wanted to order on the menu was not available to be ordered. We never attempted to order from here again. Shout out to Robert on the evening staff, he was absolutely incredible in every way!

    The Mosaic - A "Must Have" Beverly Hills Hotel Experience!

    Outstanding boutique hotel! The location was superb for walking to the shops on Rodeo Drive, Century City Mall, and other local Beverly Hills attractions. The hotel has a quaint "European" feel. The rooms were well-appointed, and the bed was comfortable, made even more so by luxury linens. Private and secured parking at the property. The reception staff were welcoming and offered a consistent guest experience across our stay. Thank you for an outstanding weekend!

    Sweet Cynthia at Mosaic Hotel

    I actually never made it to the hotel because we had to cancel. But dealing with booking.com which I will never use again that’s an actual racket so I called the Mosaic hotel directly to try and get out of my reservations because booking.com was trying to steal $324 in some ridiculous cancellation scam and I spoke to Cynthia at Mosaic and she was just delightful. She cancelled my reservation and could not have been more sweet and said there is no charge to cancel. I would strongly recommend this hotel.
