    Best Motel 6 Experience I’ve Had

    I’ve stayed at several Motel 6 locations over the years, and the Thousand Oaks one stands out every time. The rooms are consistently clean, the beds are comfortable, and the property has a calm, welcoming feel that sets it apart.I read through some of the past reviews before posting this, and I genuinely don’t relate to the negativity. My experience here has been consistently solid. The team at the front; Luis, Sara and Connor has always treated me well.     Pleasant Stay But Stay Away From Connor

    I spent 4 nights here and they were pleasant. The room was clean, everything worked and there was no noise at all. That last thing surprised me but it is true.The only issue I had was with the desk clerk when I checked in. His name is Connor and he was defensive and extremely rude.My wife gifted me this 4-night stay as a Valentines Day gift. She told me she paid for it, so when he told me it wasn’t and needed to use my card, I was surprised. I complied. I told my wife later and she was surprised. I returned to the front desk to verify what he said and when he confirmed that, asked if I could get her on the line and use her card. This is when he became defensive and accused me of trying to put my mistake on him. I was stunned. I responded that wasn’t my intent. I simply wanted verification and to use a different card. He then accused my wife and I of not having good communication skills. I could hardly believe this was happening. He completely lacks customer service skills! We were able to get things rectified when my wife spoke with another clerk the next day.Connor had issues and I hope he can improve himself.     Give me my MONEY BACK !

    This place is HORRIBLE! they took my money BEFORE I came there even though my booking CLEARLY SAID I would pay WHEN I STAYED! They took my money and declined to tell me that they had no power! Now they refuse to refund my money! The front desk staff is rude and they are liars! Absolute worst service I have ever seen anywhere! I would never stay there or at ANY MOTEL 6 ANYWHERE FROM NOW ON! COMPLETE GARBAGE ! I never stayed in the room! I never even seen the room!     Horrible Motel 6! Horrible customer service! Do not book here. Rooms are cold and customer service will not help you. The rep here is on his phone and not answering customers calls. I ask for his name and management name he didn't want to provide.     Terrible service, kind of scam

    Terrible experience! Upon checking in, the receptionist told me l will have a rental fridge with $10 per night, but it was a room with a fridge ending up 100 dollars more for three nights.I asked him to change it then he said l need to talk to the manager who came in the last night. She didn’t do anything. Not even an apology! The ice machines were out of order, l could have stayed in much better place if it was that price. I will never use motel 6 group again.
