This north Westminster location of motel 6 was 10 out if 10. People at the front desk were friendly and gave me the best room for what I needed. My room was absolutely clean and bathroom/shower area all updated extremely clean. And they gave a grace time 10 or so extra min when checking out, other places at 11 am sharp they bang at your door almost feels like kicking you out. Management, staff, outside area and in room, %100 passed with success! Keep the great work 👍

Horrible place. Bums sitting on the stairs while trying to get to your room. Guys drinking and doing drugs in their cars. If your rooms in the back facing the freeway good luck. Cannot believe the owners of this place don’t kick these people out. And the rooms! Tagging on the walls. Cigarette burns and stains in the bedding.

I booked this room on Hotel Tonight app and the rate was excellent. Check in was fast and smooth. The property is very clean! The pool area looked inviting but I didn’t have time to enjoy it. The water was clean and the pool furniture looked in good knick. I was in room #220 upstairs. Upon entry everything looked and smelled clean. The room looks like it had a refresh recently. The bathroom was spotless as were the walls and ceiling. That might seem weird to observe but I’ve been in some more expensive hotels that were not so clean in those areas. The tv was nice and large with clear reception. Basic cable but that is fine by me! There is also a small microwave and a fridge to cool drinks in. The bed and pillows were very cozy. I’m sure I’ll sleep good as I’ve already dozed off for a quick nap! This visit down to Orange County is to go to Disneyland. This hotel is a short drive, about 7 miles, and the freeway entrance is less than a block away. I’d def stay here again!

Noisy and drugged out residents with dogs

Absolutely awful hotel. I was there for 15-20 minutes when some guy next door was making noise, smoking right outside the room and had a loud yappy dog that would not stop barking. Sensing I wasn’t going to be able to sleep, I went downstairs and told them I was leaving.. As I was leaving the property, some guy started laughing and tried to get in the way of my vehicle, clearly drugged out of his mind, I went around him and left. Never staying at a Motel 6 ever again. Customer service was no help as the hotel staff falsely claimed I was there almost and hour before leaving. They said they’d issue a refund but they ended up charging me for one night. Avoid this place if you care about sleep.

I was very impressed with this Motel 6. Both of the staff members I spoke with were very outgoing and friendly. The room had been renovated (love that they ditched the orange) and was in good shape, clean, and the bed was comfortable. The property also seemed well maintained. The pool looked inviting but I did not check it out.
