    We have stayed at Pacific Palms a handful of times and enjoy our stay however something always happens.The first time we stayed, only two elevators were working and my husband ended up getting stuck in one for over an hour. This last time, a couple was issued keys to our room after we had already checked in. They were able to open our door which was a scary situation considering the fact our baby was with us. I called the front desk, they confirmed there weren’t additional people assigned to our room and advised security would be sent to our floor to make sure everything was ok. We started the next day early and once we got back to our room, we realized the keys weren’t working. My husband had to go back to the front desk and have them give us new cards. They don’t have complementary water bottles in the rooms but we’re willing to give me a couple for my baby’s bottles.Again, we enjoy staying at Pacific Palms, there are just a few things that need to be worked on.     This is overall a nice place, but there is no room service and no bellman to help with luggage. The staff at the restaurant, Red, was very rude when I called to place an order.     The hotel is ok, but the golf staff is not friendly at all. They will not allow my wife to ride with me although we are willing to pay for the cart fee.     I've stayed in better motels. Forget about sharing a bed with another adult if you get a room with two doubles. They are twin+ beds. Shower never got hot. NO bell service. NO valet.
