The resort has 4 lifts and features 250 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, 24-hour room service, a laundry service and a hairdresser. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press.     Great day at the cabana!

    We had a cabana for the day and we felt very taken care of. Luke was our main waiter for the day. He was polite and personable plus very attentive checking if we needed anything else and offering suggestions on food and drink items.

    Gorgeous property. The restaurants were very nice and the staff was friendly. Location was superb - walkable to the beach, shopping, and additional restaurants.     I can't wait to stay at the Pasea Hotel again! I celebrated my 40th birthday at the Treehouse with 50 people and the service was amazing!     I was very disappointed with my experience at the Pasea Hotel.The biggest issue was the customer service. Every time I called, I felt as though I was asking for a favor rather than speaking with a hospitality professional. The staff was not accommodating, showed little interest in helping, and failed to follow through on commitments.On multiple occasions, I was told someone would call me back, but that never happened. I had to repeatedly follow up myself to get answers. Eventually, a manager had to step in to address the situation, which should not have been necessary in the first place.For a hotel at this level and price point, I expected much better communication, responsiveness, and customer care. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me frustrated and feeling undervalued as a guest.There are plenty of hotels that understand the importance of customer service and treating guests with respect. Based on my experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this property to others.     Ariel is the absolute BEST!!

    I'd like to start by saying Pasea hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS. The rooms were very clean and the view is to die for. I took my kids down to the pool and that's when we met Ariel! I was only asking about how to order a coke and Ariel (who was not my server or in her section) told me she would get me a coke and where was I sitting. Then Ariel continued to serve us and ask if there was anything else we needed. At one point there was some chairs right in front of the pool. I wanted to move too because my son was in the pool and still learning to swim so I wanted to be closer. Ariel went above and beyond and helped me move to the spot in front of the pool to watch my son. I know this is a long review but EXCEPTIONAL service deserves to be recognized.
