    I check in they gave me the wrong room the lady at the desk charged me four times and said it didn't go through and yes it did it took my money right out from the bank. Then cops were called out cause the couple was fighting. Nothing but crack heads and homeless people walking around slamming doors yelling all hours of the night it was so horrible I'll never go back there again people sitting on the stairs smoking weed it smelled horrible

    This is not a terrible place to stay, it does need some work. however, when you check in they charge your credit card twice. Once to the room, one sweetie pie. Even after the room charges clear your card. The deposit is not returned. It takes an additional four or five days. This is unlike any of the other quality Inn that I have stayed at. Something fishy going on here.

    This staff is great and super friendly! The room was big and clean! The hot tub was perfect after a long day! We stayed 4 nights and we didn’t have one complaint! This will definitely be our go to when we come back to LA. Thank you guys!!

    When we arrived our room wasn't ready, but they gave us the keys and said they needed another 20 minutes. We hung out at the pool and waited for the room to be completed. We saw the door open the entire time, but eventually the cleaning cart moved. We finally walked up to the third floor and tracked down a maid who told us she just needed to bring pillow cases and it would be ready. Instead of letting us in our room she decided to move onto another room and start cleaning until she could come back to give us the pillow cases. I think everyone agrees that the last thing you want to do after a long drive is wait!! Once we got inside, the room seemed nice. However, upon inspection the floors were very dirty and people had tagged things such as "R+S 4EVER" on multiple items throughout the room. That night, our toilet clogged after flushing it once. The next day, it kept happening as well, but there were no plungers so we had to call them for help. The maids never cleaned our room and when my mother inquired about it one of the maids said "one of the girls is in the hospital, so we can't clean them all". On my way to breakfast I saw a rat climbing the wall to get onto the second story. I can't even tell you how grossed out we were, we almost didn't eat! The breakfast they offer is really basic and some of it was inedible. Cleaning and food are 2 things that they factor into the room rate, yet they don't really provide it. They also have multiple large speed bumps in the parking lot and if you have people and luggage in a sedan style car then I guarantee you will hit the bump and scratch your vehicle. I will never stay here again!!

    The front desk staff are nice but from there it’s all downhill. From bugs to stains to broken fixtures to old junky carpet- it’s all there. Not recommended. Head down the street a bit toward Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. Better area with better offerings. I stayed here because of another stay at a decent Quality Inn. This isn’t one.
