    Impossibly noisy.

    I was pleased with the spacious room and its cleanliness. However, the AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep. It was so loud I was motivated to measure the decibels. Without AC the room registered between 37 and 42 decibels -- perfectly acceptable for a good night's sleep, and actually quite impressive for a hotel immediately adjacent to a busy freeway. However, when the AC kicked in, the room was a whopping 65 decibels. I tried turning off the AC but it only took 20 minutes for the room to jump from 70 degrees to 74 (and rising) on an April evening, so I really had to use the AC. But every time the unit cycled on, I was slammed by a sudden 25 decibel increase in noise, jarring me back awake. Why do I pay for a hotel room? To sleep while away from home, of course. Did I get any sleep that night? No. And, no, this wasn't a broken AC unit. There was no grinding or thumping or screeching suggesting something needed repair. It was simply a decision to cut corners and costs by putting in a unit with a lower price point without regard to consequences for the guests.

    Great little spot not 2 far from universal studios. Got here late. Check in was quick and easy. Would stay here again. Clean, Safe, comfortable.

    Good price, friendly staff, and very clean room. Only minutes from the Burbank airport. No shuttle but the hotel arranged and paid for a Lyft and it was flawless to get us from and back to the airport.

    The hotel is absolutely away from everything. Unless you have a car it is not a great location to be in. However, the room was large, clean bedsheets and a large bathroom. The AC was noisy. There was no food available on Wednesday. Tough to stay like that.
