    Perfect location, very friendly people, very clean, the beds were COMFORTABLE. Plenty of pillows. Just needed to update the chair that was in there, the upholstery was tired 😴.

    extremely overcharged. they don’t even provide breakfast and want you to pay them EXTRA money from their shop if you want to eat. They also closed the pool and hot tub at 9 when it’s open till 10 clearly stated on the sign. They also have like weird rules about identification and stuff it’s just weird i would go elsewhere.

    Stayed here over a weekend in April. It was certainly adequate, nothing special. Rooms are somewhat spartan, could use some updating. Had an issue with room key which came as a surprise to the front desk, and was somewhat disappointing as we’d had to wait about 15 minutes to be served at all. Friendly, apart from that.WiFi in our room was spotty - we stayed at the “back” of the property, and that may be why. That said, if you get a room in the back, you’ll avoid the noise from PCH. Our room was very quiet. Also, the HVAC worked well: want it cool, it cools down quickly. Want it warm? It warms back up. Also could open the window (we were on the second floor). Overall, Ok, not great. ThatThat That’s that

    Toilet in room 102 did not flush well. Asked for a room change, and room 104 was MUCH more updated. Bigger, nicer fridge, desk lamp with outlet for plugging in laptop charger.Evening clerk was just there for a paycheck. No customer service skills. No apology offered for the inconvenience of having to change rooms.Parking lot is well-lit and next to a car dealer, which is lit up like a ballpark.Room doors stick and are hard to open with the key card.

    Loud motorized trimmer before 8.00 am right outside our window getting exhaust fumes in our room. Complaints to the manager and the corporate office who assured me it would not happen again. Yet, it happened again a few days later. Rude and unprofessional manager and ineffective corporate customer service. Corporate handled this by telling me I need to talk to the same dismissive manager again.
