    What stood out to me (in addition to the stylish lobby/restaurant/bar) was the service at the bell desk, the front desk, the restaurant and security. The security guard escorted me to the hotel stairwell so I could climb the 11 floors for exercise. Miguel at the bell desk went above and beyond. His smile put a big smile on my face. He seemed like he was on the best vacation, having the time of his life! I forgot to ask him how long he has worked at the hotel. I was blown away. Michelle, a young front desk agent, at Bonvoy’s Marriott hotel (2 blocks from Renaissance) was overly accommodating and helpful. I thought my conference was at the Marriott, she did everything to rebook and take me and my belongings to the Renaissance where my conference actually was.     Wonderful hotel stay at LAX

    I stayed 1-night recently due to my late flight arrival from Maui. The gentleman who checked me in provided excellent service while acknowledging my platinum status and gave me a great room with view of the airport. Loved watching the planes taking off and landing. My room was very spacious and slept comfortably. The club lounge was nice with more great views and nice breakfast offerings. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I'm at LAX.

    We booked one night stay on our way to Hawaii celebrating our anniversary and milestone birthday . Received a welcome message from Kristen and then again from Gloria. Once we arrived, as Platinum members upgraded us to a suite with early check in. They even had a fruit plate and cup cakes for the celebration.     Convenience While Worthwhile

    Appreciated the complimentary shuttle from the airport despite the late hour. Got checked in real quick and was even upgraded to the suite as a Platinum member.Noticed once I got to the room floor that the property was a little dated although functional. Room cleanliness was generally ok except for some shaving residue leftover at the sink but I chose to just ignore it. Despite that, the bed quality was excellent and I had a very comfortable sleep after a long flight. Woke to the sight of the runway view out the window.The plus point was the 24 hour lounge. I had breakfast there and was delighted by the 3 hot items on offer. Quality was great coupled with an illy’s coffee. To conclude, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when next at LAX given the overall convenience.     Hotel is a bit outdated compared to others in the brand. However, nice club lounge with hot breakfast, quiet comfortable rooms and a larger than average fitness center.
