    I had a great stay here while in town for a conference. The front desk staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. The room itself was large, with a full-size refrigerator and microwave (and stovetop!). The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean. The location was incredibly convenient to LA Live, the basketball/hockey arena, and convention center. I also needed to grab something from a grocery store, and it was only a 10-minute walk away. The room size and that kind of store nearby are so rare for a city hotel! Plus, I could see the Hollywood sign from my room. Would definitely stay here again.

    Completely different experience from Residence Inn Tustin. Check-in was courteous and efficient. WRoom was well prepped and they even gave us bottled water and a Christmas popcorn gift bag. Breakfast was run of the mill residence inn fare of at least oatmeal was cooked. Too bad pool wasn’t heated but didn’t expect it anyway.

    The worst experience I had, only due to insane parking - from $62 per night, to not having fully charged the car as requested, to more than 50 min to get the car (since initial SMS asking for it).     The room seemed clean, nice staff except the person at valet was a little bristly.
