  Disgusting room and terrible management

  My family and I traveled to California for my nephews b day. The room we got here was terrible! The A/C would constantly shut off, our entry door would NOT lock which means anyone at any time could walk in, also the refrigerator didn’t work and was covered in mold! I brought these issues to the managements attention and the only thing that was fixed is the door not locking, however, it didn’t get fixed until the next day! Staying here is definitely not a good choice if you care about your health and safety! Management would not honor a refund or offer a different room to us! He was very unfriendly and liked to yell like these issues were my fault! Of you are looking for a cheap room to do drugs in, this is your spot! Please consider your health and safety when considering this place

  It has the basics: micro, fridge, clock, phone -- but no coffeemaker. The rooms are serviced daily, and there are no bugs to report. Generally, a decent room for the (over)price that this area offers.Parking can be a pain as local dockworkers park their trucks here long term so it can be hard to find a space. There is absolutely no street parking on this highway so it's either their lot or nothing.

  Overview: I'm giving 5 stars because I love staying here whenever I come to town and I want to show this place some serious love. This is my go-to motel when I come to town. The following is my breakdown that I base on the hotel class. STAFF: 5 stars. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. The cleaning staff is great, and management makes sure to do anything they can to ensure I had a great stay. AMMENITIES: 5 stars. Hair dryer, toiletry dispenser in the shower, coffee in the lobby, nice fridge and microwave. CLEANLINESS: 4 stars. For the most part, everything is tidy and looks great. HOWEVER, the walls need to be shown some love, and the carpet could do with a thorough shampooing. NOISE: 5 stars. For being right on the road, the noise in my room was deadened greatly since my door was in an alcove. I cant speak to how other rooms might fare, but Ive had no problems. LOCATION: 5 stars. Usually location isnt something I place great importance on since I have a car and dont mind a little drive. However I'm very pleased with the number of stores and restaurants withing walking distance. PRICE: 5 STARS! I always get a killer rate with this place. The rooms are incredibly nice for such low prices. Very pleased customer!

  A basic room... No alarm clocks... no coffee maker... a no-frills room... no continental breakfast. Comfortable bed... effective air conditioning.Reasonable price, with the exception of the stinkin’ tax imposed by CA. Staff was friendly and helpful.

  Just what I was looking for: clean and close enough to downtown at a reasonable price. This is an older motel with updated clean rooms, friendly staff and quiet, what more do you need. FYI they don't have breakfast but they do have coffee. Not important to be but throwing it out there in case it is to you. Nice place.
