Sex trafficking, used condoms, roaches, grime, crime. I've traveled every state and this is the worst room and establishment I've ever stayed in. I slept in my car because the room was so disgusting – at 4 AM I complained about the sex trafficking and people throwing used condoms out of their car – staff accused me of the trash. Staff proceeded to bounce myself and my pregnant wife out of the hotel at 4 AM, holding cameras in our faces and insulting us on the way out.

The place was in a rundown area. The room was filthy, TV did not work. The bed sheets were old and had cigarette burns. It is a scary environment.The bathroom was filthy to a point I could not even take a shower.Stay away from this sh... hole.To top it up, they made me pay $140 per night and yes, they demand $100 (cash only) for security which they did gave back upon check out.Do yourself a favor, you will be better off under a bridge.

I pick this hotel because of the 3 star rated hotels, but apparently hotel was dirty and smell. Not to mention the curtain in our room was ripped off and yet they still use it and faucet was broken too.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. A brief overviewIT IS NOWHERE NEAR LA LIVE!YOU WILL HAVE TO SIGN WAIVERS AGAINST THEFT FROM YOUR ROOM AND NOT BEING ABLE TO CLAIM ANY MONEY BACK EVEN IF YOU DONT STAY ONE NIGHT!!NO LIFT OR OFFER OF HELP WITH BAGS/SUITCASES.ATTITUDE OF STAFF WAS APPALLING, VERY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE.DOOR TO ROOM DID NOT LOCK AND THERE WAS NO SAFE (HENCE THE WAIVER FORM)ROOM WAS DATED, DARK AND FILTHY. GRAFFITI ON FURNITURE, BEDDING THAT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE ELSE HAD ALREADY SLEPT IN IT AND THE MOST VILE BATHROOM.I stayed in this hotel for less than an hour, I booked another one and left. I am aware I was fortunate being able to do this, and when I handed my key back and said the room was poor and not fit for purpose they laughed! As I had already signed the waiver (not being allowed my key until I did) there was nothing I could do with them. When I returned home, I took this up with my holiday agent, the hotel claimed I never complained and stayed there for the duration of my stay, luckily we had a hotel bill to prove otherwise. Oh and it claims to be 3 stars! HAHAHAHAHA!PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! santafeinn2020, General Manager at Santa Fe Inn Los Angeles, responded to this review We are sorry for the inconvenience. if i can give this place a negative infinity stars i'll give it. this place is so bad. first horrible parking. people sitting in parking lot like a drug deal is about to happen. outside reeks of pee. strong stench everywhere. then there's the customer service that's so horrible. the rooms are just impressively bad. cigarette burns everywhere. wet stench in the room. bathroom was so dirty, it looked like you needed to float to enter the bathroom. DO NOT stay here. I can't believe they qualify to be a member of choice hotels. its a truck stop hotel.
