Rooms

    This was my eighth time back at the Viceroy and I loved it just as much as my first. The hotel is ideal for travel in Los Angeles, and offers the kind of atmosphere you want for either business or leisure. The rooms was well appointed, and whilst we were on the non- Ocean side, the view still took in much of the west of the city. The staff were first class as always... A special shout out to Luis and BJ who made us feel welcome every time we arrived back at the hotel, and made an extra effort to welcome our 6 year old.I've only once previously had a room issue at the Viceroy, and it was promptly fixed. It's because of the service we keep coming back.

    Love the vibe and the room was beautifully appointed. We booked using chase points- and without asking a room upgrade and a glass of champagne in hand at check in. Billing all accurate. Ocean is just across the street. Great place to land in Santa Monica.

    What a gorgeous hotel! We received excellent service from John on check in and check out, he went above and beyond to make our stay special and is a real credit to the hotel, reflecting Viceroy Santa Monica's high standards and excellent service. We really appreciated the welcome drink on arrival after a long journey and also the late check out when our flight was cancelled. Our room, 418 was lovely with THE most comfortable bed and huge window with sliding doors where we could see the ocean. Coffee machine was provided on request, lovely toiletries, fluffy dressing gowns and free bottled water all were nice touches that made our stay great. Food and drinks in the Sugar Palm were also good. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

    We loved our stay at Viceroy. It is a nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff and perfectly located. Though quite pricey, well worth the money. We will certainly choose Vicery again for our next stay.

    Location, room and amenity quality was outstanding.What really made the difference for our trip was the customer service.Alex stored our bags pre and post check in and go us three bikes, helped my daughter adjust her helmet, got us waters to take on our bike ride to Venice Beach. Basically made us feel like VIP’s at EVERY turn. Thank you Alex.
