Location

The hotel is ideally located near Disneyland theme park and its many attractions, including the Downtown Disney District and Disney's California Adventure amusement park. Further attractions in the area include the Anaheim Convention Center, the Honda Center indoor arena, Angel Stadium of Anaheim baseball field and Knott's Berry Farm amusement park. A wide variety of restaurants and cocktail lounges are located in the surrounding area. Several shops and business centres are also minutes away. The hotel is about 40 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood theme park and 90 minutes from SeaWorld San Diego marine life adventure park.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 66 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities.     The customer service is terrible. I call to asking them about a confusion and they were so rude and mean with me they didn’t let me explain my issue. The installation also was stinky.Do not reserve.     The location is a bit of a walk from Disney if that is something you’re looking for. The room was humid and muggy, I have stayed in California before and never felt like that. My clothes in my suitcase were damp to the touch when we came home. You could hear all sorts of traffic and what others in rooms were doing around us. Our bathroom door did not shut, and the faucet system started leaking in the middle of the night. The floor was filthy it left my feet/ socks black. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The main door we had to slam shut in order to close, it also did not seal al the way. Water pressure was terrible, and temperature was bipolar, I had to keep switching it back and forth. The plugs were so loose my cables would fall out. And finally the Tv remote in the room did not connect to the TV, so we were not even able to watch anything or drown out the nightlife with background noise. Overall, pay a little more and go somewhere nicer, you’ll thank yourself later. This place needs serious cleaning and refurbishing.     DO NOT STAY HERE! This place has extremely dirty rooms, not to mention the place is dishonest and will steal your deposit. We were given a room with dirty towels, a cracked floor and NO HOT WATER! A completely negative experience from start to finish.     Went with my dad , desktop guy wasn’t any help with our points we had redeemed prior before going to the hotel ( mind you , we came from Fresno County tired from the drive.And the neighbors were so loud I couldn’t even sleep .     I went for an entire week and would have given 5 stars. The only thing that I found wrong was the bathtub is very very slippery so we had to put a towel in it which was really not a big deal and some of the clean towels were very hard like the type of towel you hang to dry. The staff is amazing. I would definitely stay here again.
