    I recently had minor eye surgery and chose the SIRTAJ Hotel because of its close proximity to my doctor’s office. I had never stayed here before, but I was pleasantly surprised by how cute and welcoming the property is.More than anything, I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Keily. She recognized that I was having difficulty with my vision and immediately stepped in to help me with so many things. When I checked in, she even made sure I got to the correct room and safely inside because she knew I was struggling to see clearly. That level of attentiveness and genuine care meant more than I can express.Any hotel that treats its guests with this kind of compassion and thoughtfulness will have a visitor for life. Five stars.     Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. Do not stay here!

    BEWARE. Customer service is terrible. Local Californian needing to visit for one night to see a doctor in the area. I booked for a Monday, but less than a minute after I booked I realized I booked the wrong week. I immediately contacted Expedia to help and they called the hotel manager and I also called the hotel manager. She said she would think about it but never call either Expedia nor I back. Charged me for the night I was not there. If they will treat locals like this, I can't imaging how they would treat out of state guest.     Small little hotel on a great location in Beverly Hills. Quiet spot, walkable to restaurants and shops (which is wild for LA, especially BH). Secure parking available.
