    Hi! I come check in his hotel have bad attitude with staff and I want talk to manager his said his manager kicked me out charge money me 2 days 497.50 on the card I booked at 3 rd. Party. front desk let me wait for check in 15 mins no one out stand by only me . I asked what going on why take so longer and they said am booked at 3 rd party and then his stupid asking I have car ? and I said yet and his asking me again how many car you have ? And I said what happened to you I am come alone what do you thinking how many car I have to parking ? This is not smart manager unprofessional Asking this ? Let me check in stand 15 min it is so crazy ? And charge deposit for 2 night $250 I got charge money on my card and wasting my time staff unprofessional stupid person I forgot to look them name I am for sure his not manager . Very very bad this hotel I call bank get dispute on this charge and try to call someone help me this I need owner saw this how his service so bad .     Unacceptable housekeeping and room standard

    Had stayed here within the last year and found it to be a decent hotel at that time: clean room, friendly and professional staff, and good value for the cost.This time was not as good, and we probably won't come back. Front desk was friendly and professional during check-in. However, when we got to our room and eventually pulled the bed covers, we saw very noticeable dirt-like stains on the sheets beneath. It took 3 attempts for me to get a hold of the front desk via phone- the phone just kept ringing for the 1st 2 tries. I explained the situation, and asked if someone could be sent to replace the sheets. He apologized and said he'd send someone right away. A few minutes later there was a knock at our door. When I opened the door, there was no one there, but a bag of new bed linens at the door. The staff literally dropped off the replacement bed linens at the door and dashed off. My SO and I didn't feel like calling front desk again, so we attempted to change the bed linens ourselves. Unfortunately, we noticed makeup stains on the replacement sheets as well. They appeared at one end so we just decided to put that side at our feet end, and just make due.Another issue with the room is that the bathtub did not drain well. As we showered, the tub gradually filled with water.     Sonesta Select Hotel Huntington Beach - Fountain Valley: Great Place to Stay

    Sonesta Select Hotel in Huntington Beach - Fountain Valley is an excellent, but affordable place to stay in Orange County. The rooms are large and clean. There's a nice and roomy dining area across the lobby where you can buy snacks and refreshments or you can bring food in from other restaurants. You can also bring your laptop in there and work. It's generally very quiet. Free WiFi works well. The hotel is right next to the I-405 freeway, but the hotel doesn't have much freeway noise.     Run down and hidden charges.

    Parking fee added after check in and was told it was $16 but was charged $20. Check in person was too busy on her phone to pay attention to helping customers. Hotel is run down and now no longer worth the nightly rate you charge. They also charge (not a hold) a $250 deposit. That they take forever to refund.
