    Don't trust what they tell you at the front desk

    We've been here for a week and were told by the front desk last night that it would be ok to pay our third deposit of the week a little later this evening when I get paid. They said to talk to Marisol in the morning. I went down and talked to Marisol and was told if we don't come up with the deposit by 11 then we have to move out and not get a refund. I was told there's no managers we can talk to. She said Eva the GM is at her other job and not answering calls today. I called Sonesta Travel Pass and they said this hotel is not part of Sonesta. It is an independent franchise and they can't do anything about it. They said any requests to talk to a manager at Travel Pass will take 48-72 hours. We've paid for the room but are being evicted.     PLEASE CHECK YOUR Bank account/CREDIT CARDS! This serves as a warning to travelers! Please be careful when booking a room to this hotel. They have charged me an extra $90 on my credit card on top of my bill. I tried to contact them but was put on hold 3x. Bad experience yikes.

    Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable, … did I mention DIRTY?! And I mean FILTHY. Mold, dust, rust EVERYWHERE! I was afraid to sleep on the mattress so we left the comforter on and covered it with our own blankets for less contact. Most uncomfortable stay for my daughter and I. Last minute prices at surrounding hotels were too high or I would have left. We normally LOVE to rest in our hotels… NOT THIS ONE. AWFUL.     Wonderful Stay!!

    Everyone here has been so friendly, especially girls at front desk-BEE was incredibly helpful when my flight was delayed. Both girls I met up front were wonderful. The rooms are perfect and truly home away from home-Thanks SSS! I will definitely stay here again, and recommend anyone to stay, its also close to Disney and in a safe area.
