    It didn’t feel clean at all. This hotel needs to be remodeled. Even though the staff were doing their best to keep every corner of the hotel clean, it didn’t make much of a difference because the property is very old. The hallway carpet was dirty and had an unpleasant smell.

    Worst hotel ever. No hot water at all during my stay. Couldn’t take a shower since I checked in and the front desk was so unprofessional. Told me no maintenance because I reported the problem too late and won’t offer me a new room because they are “sold out” They only offered to waive parking fees( 3 night total is $21) which is a slap in the face considering I paid $400 for 3 nights. Avoid at all costs

    I spent 4 nights at this hotel. The room was basic but large. The hotel was overall quiet. Perhaps my biggest problem was that the bed was too soft for me and the pillows too big. There is no breakfast offered at this hotel. However, there is a small kitchen for making food, including a toaster. Note that there is a hidden charge of $7/night for parking. I have no clue why this hotel would charge for parking. The hotel is nowhere near anything important, and I cannot imagine anyone wanting to park here if they weren’t staying at this hotel. So, this is just a bit of grifting by the hotel.

    General Manager, Mr Jareno dishonest tries to sneak in charges on your credit card be careful!

    We started out liking the Sonesta, the prices were ok they had free laundry, but after being there we found out there were lots of druggies living there the smoking/bbq area in back was filthy and the Geneal Manager, Alrich Jareno, had no customer service skills. He is dishonest and tried to charge us for things we didnt even know of. He misquoted us, and 4 months later he wanted us to pay the difference or we had to leave. We were never late with our rent and we always paid cash yet Mr. Jareno would rudely knock on our door telling us that our rent was due in 3 days. Who does that? Then when we left he tried to charge our card $125.00,, thank goodness our bank denied them. Double check your credit card statement to make sure he don’t try to rob you . Sonesta needs new General Manager cause this guy is ridiculous n because of him we will never return. We were great customers too. 😞 so sad.
