    It was a nice hotel but annoying and sarcastic receptionist ....

    It was a sport camp on April and I was chaperon with my team in this wonderful hotel. It was really nice, a good location, clean and very comfortable. As Chaperon, we cook in the hotel and that was why we booked rooms with kitchenette. One of these days, while I was preparing lunch , the counter top electric stove turned off and I could not turn it back, so I called receptionist. She was not helpful, very sarcastic, that in that occasion was annoying. When I said I have 10 hungry athletes to feed , She mocked me oh you are cooking for hundred athletes. So it took over 20 mins for someone to show up, I got a key to one of athletes room and finished my cooking while I was running between rooms. It could be handled better!! I did not deal with receptionist after that, well....I am not white, and I am a Canadian. but another chaperon handled them. We all can be nicer and more helpful.

    I had a fantastic stay at Staybridge Suites John Wayne Airport! The hotel facilities are excellent—modern, comfortable, and very well maintained. Everything was spotless, and the level of cleanliness and organization throughout the property really stood out.The breakfast was absolutely spectacular, with a great variety and high-quality options every day.I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Theresa at the front desk. She was incredibly attentive, kind, and welcoming. Her professionalism and genuine friendliness made a big difference in my experience.

    The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family. The rooms are clean and spacious, the couryard outside is a wonderful place to sit and read a book or enjoy your breakfast. The breakfast buffet is another: lots of fresh cut fruit (blueberries, watermelon, strawberries, honeydew and cantaloupe), as well as oranges, bananas, and oranges. They have real china and flatware.

    The location had plenty stores nearby and quiet area. Theresa was wonderful and friendly while Gary made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. Very accommodating and warm team.
