  Misleading room description

  Deceptive advertising I asked for a suit. They added 500 to my reservation and wait I was upgraded to Mountain View suit. My friend stayed at an original offer 500 less. We have same room. No view. Gas station and outdoor restaurant across the street. Road noise Too. They are crooked fake’s description of the rooms

  This hotel is well located and easy access. Unfortunately, the clerk was really rude at the moment I asked for the invoice of my stay and he denied to print the receipt for me, even though it was booked and fully paid in expedia, and charged to my credit card.If you need to ask for reimbursement for a business travel, just avoid this place, the personnel are horrible and not helpful.The room was just ok, it is an old building with old furniture/beds, and an strange odor in the rooms, probably nor cleaned properly.

  the room is clean but the elevators are outdated. Please make sure to have it updated before the expiration date.Belgian friend does not like the vibe, but it's okay.The receptionist seems nice, but many things can be improved

  This hotel is wildly misrepresented online. We only came down for one night to go to a King's game at the Staples Center down the street so I figured for one night, the Stillwell looked nice enough to stay for one night. Until we got there. The lobby is dirty, disgusting, and there are no accurate pictures of this online. We were informed by a rather apathetic & unfriendly lady at the front desk that the "hotel" is actually a private residence and all guests would have to sign in and leave their ID at the front desk until they left. So there are residents who live in the rooms full time and only some rooms are actually part of the "hotel". Based on that information and the poor hygiene of the lobby we decided that there was no way in hell we were going to stay there. The only positive experience we had with this place was that we had no problem getting our full refund back. I never would have booked this place had there been accurate pictures or accurate reviews. Just terrible. Hopefully this saves someone else from making this mistake.

  Good enough to stay if you only need a bed to sleep,the internet only works in the lobby,some rooms a re noisy,some others the water barely comes out fron the shower,the staff is friendly and try to help but this hotel is old and the issues are many but it´s like being home,the good and the bad.
