    Stole my deposit

    Been staying here one night for 400$ per night and they decide to charge me a deposit hundred dollars for dirty hand towel With which I washed my child's hands. I was thinking for $400 per night. I can mess up one towel.And also the guy was trying to say what the bed sheets was dirty!! guess what dear Sucasa this is can happend because people live there, I don’t remember any hotel charge me for this kind of stuff.Better paint your walls and wipe down your baseboards properly. I’ve been staying here not first time but this time it’s gonna be my last.Good luck

    Su Casa is a hidden gem. I’m excited to go back! Kyle is an absolute diamond in the rough. A great manager. He could work at any five star hotel. Personable and easy going. He’ll give you what you need to have a good experience and the girls that work there are great and keep it very tidy! Much love to this place!Court

    Amazing upgrade to a one bedroom with large terrace and partial view. Room has AC, but the weather was so nice at night in August that I could sleep with windows open and ceiling fan. All rooms accessible by stairs, no elevator (just be aware when packing!) It's a small hotel, so just basic services. It is on a quiet section of the boardwalk at the beginning of Venice Beach. Entrance is on the side. You can park a short time in the alley for check in/out. Great restaurant on the ground floor.

    Location is key for this beachfront property. Our room has 2 large windows facing the ocean. Short drive to Santa Monica. Restaurant downstairs, Fig tree, serves great breakfast. The mattress and pillows are a bit too firm to be comfortable. Parking overnight is not cheap around here.

    I mean, Venice can be tough but this place is super nice. Clean, close to everything, and the staff are pure gems ... really lovely stay where everything is thought out for you ... had a great experience and would come back over and over again without question.
