The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. There is a poolside snack bar as well. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, aerobics, a spa and massage treatments.

Meals

    I’ve been to Sunset Marquis multiple times and it has always been a pleasurable experience—hence why my husband and I keep coming back. Staff couldn’t be more accommodating/ atmosphere phenomenal—you’d never guess you were a block away from busy LA streets —and the chance to run into a musician or two —a definite bonus.     Our favorite hotel in Los Angeles bar none! In addition to the amazing rock-n-roll history, the staff is so amazing and kind. We see the same friendly faces every year and they really take care of guests. It feels like the opposite of a giant corporate chain—and the vibe of the whole place is like a lush sanctuary in the heart of Hollywood.     Paradise Found!

    I took my husband to Sunset Marquis as a getaway to celebrate his birthday and I am so glad I did -- it was fantastic. First off, the location is very unique -- beautiful lush grounds, a large, open-air onsite restaurant, two stunning bars that serve creative cocktails and two beautiful pools all in the heart of West Hollywood. We are LA natives, we live 15 minutes from WeHo and had no idea the place existed, you feel like you're in a secluded oasis and yet, it does have a fun, hip very LA vibe. I did not notice any kids, while I'm sure they're welcome, the hotel definitely had more of an adult feel, which we enjoyed. And while they were doing extensive renovations, it did not impact our stay in the least. Since we weren't interested in sightseeing, we did not leave the property, we just enjoyed the pool, the lovely setting, the food and the cocktails. Our room was gorgeous, we got a free upgrade to a recently renovated room. It was spotless, very stylish and had a large, private patio. Among the nicest accommodations we've ever had and we do travel a lot. But the heart of our experience was truly the wonderful staff. Honestly, they were all so incredibly kind and polite, from Harlan at the front desk to the sweet maid to the valets, everyone made our visit that much more special.
