  If you’re looking for a Hilton like stay.. this isn’t that….. HOWEVER

  Booked online with our fingers crossed, and could not have had a better experience…. smaller property, maybe 3 dozen rooms, Super clean, super cozy rooms, comfy beds, with nice bathroom Huge shower.. Our room had (and I imagine they’re all the same), a mini refrigerator and microwave…Okay, understand that you’re booking an inexpensive motel in West Hollywood. The property is definitely older, however it is very clean, and well maintained..we were there 5 nites.. I was surprised by the amount of staff this place has, every morning starting at 7 AM staff, is bustling around the place, for hours doing everything from cleaning rooms to washing the pavement….They do have free parking, off street and fenced.. They do have a surprisingly decent, free hot breakfast each morning that consist of coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice, hot eggs, and sausage or bacon, toast, bagels, jelly’s, cream cheeses, oatmeal’s, dry cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, made to order waffles, and again because of the overwhelming amount of staff, they keep it stocked…. in five days, We never found anything empty.. The property is super close to everything that we were trying to do. There’s a large grocery store across the street. There are many, many restaurants within walking distance.   Interesting visitor in bathroom

  Stayed here for 3 nights. Basic but did the job. Breakfast included was a bonus. The breakfast room is very small and was always full of many, many people. The room itself was functional and had all we needed. The only real downside was the cockroach we found in the bathroom in the first night. The staff did ‘deep clean’ the room afterwards and suggested we block the drains to stop them coming in.

  Our last night staying there was very strange. We were three young girls staying here alone. At 10pm we left to go to the grocery store and met the front desk guy before leaving. He lended us his umberella since it was a raining like crazy outside. He wanted to know our room number incase we wouldn’t return it. We told him and left. When we came back and gave it back to him he had remembered our room number and confirmed it with us. 1hr later we had loud bangings on the door and 3 young men tried forcibly to get into our room. Luckily we had locked the door so they couldn’t get it. After quite some time I opened the door slightly and told ‘em to get away and stop since they were at the wrong room. They acted weirdly and apologized and said they had been given a room key for this room by the front desk guy. The same guy who knew what room us girls stayed in just 1 hr ago. And there at NOT that many rooms at this place it’s not that hard to forget! The guys also knew the front desk guy’s name as if they knew him. It was all so weird and thinking of it afterwards I’m pretty sure it was all not a mistake that they got our room key….. not sure how to feel about this. I would not return or recommend anyone to go here, especially if you’re a girl

  I liked my two week stay at this motel. They can’t do much about the neighborhood, it’s West Hollywood. The property is an older probably 1950’s motor hotel, renovated and they keep it as spotless as you can get. Surprisingly spotless. My room was very clean on arrival. The bathroom is a little dark but I loved having a stall rather than a tub. Breakfast was very good. The pool is nice. Parking is a bit strange. You can pull in off Sunset, through the courtyard in into the lot or come off the side street. The spaces are angled towards the alley which is gated and never opened for security so you have to make a 270 degree turn to get out, there are some tuck under spaces and if you can get one of those, it’s easier. I drive a mini van and after a couple times it was not a problem. I think a lot of the negative reviews come from the European travelers who seen to be the majority of them guests. This is a budget hotel, it’s very clean, surprisingly quiet with daily housekeeping. It’s not a luxury resort or euro style hotel. You are an easy 10 minute walk to Hollywood Bouevard. A supermarket across the street and a Dominos pizza next door.
