  Overnight parking fee?!

  Location was easy to get to and the room was more updated and modern than i expected. I will admit, walls seem pretty thin but other than that it’s one of the better hotels for that value in LA. Only draw back is that they charge for keeping your car parked in their lot overnight? That was a first. I almost cancelled my stay while checking in because no hotel has ever done that before. That’s something they need to get rid of immediately because charging your guests an additional fee to leave the car parked overnight is ridiculous and not customer friendly. It’s almost like you’re telling your already paying guests to find somewhere else next time. Anyways, like i said. Hotel and staff is nice. However, that overnight parking fee is terrible and needs to be removed immediately.

  Strong armed for my $100 Sec. deposit

  My stain was pleasant had no problem until after checkout when I called to inquire as to where my deposit was since it hadn't been returned yet and I know that I left the room as I found it. Whoever answered the phone told me that there was a report of smoking in the room which I know I didn't do and they were going to keep my $100. Wouldn't give me any explanation or reason for the withholding of my deposit just that I'd get an email and to respond to that. I think I've already overpaid for the few hours that I stayed there plus an extra $55 for early check-in. Then they win a strong Army for an extra $100 with no cause. Not a happy camper

  Good accommodation in a central location. There is a large pool with comfortable sun loungers, which was perfect for relaxing. The family room was spacious and worked very well for us. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. Parking costs $25 per night.

  Unexpectedly expenses and a room not ready to be rented made for a not so great experience!

  I don't advise anyone to book the family suite. We were excited about having extra space but the room did not seem ready for use. The full kitchen did not have coffee for the coffee maker, dish soap, baking pans for the oven, mixing bowls, paper towels, or any kitchen towels. Although there was room for 8, there is only one bathroom and it was very small. They only left us 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel but no face towels for 6 of us. There were also no extra blankets or pillows for the couch. I asked for items multiple times and never received anything except for extra towels. I asked one of the housekeepers for dish soap so I could wash the dishes and she gave me a bag is laundry soap and said to mix it with water. She said that was all they had. They charge for everything. I was expecting to pay for parking but it was higher than expected. What I was not expecting was the $30 a day charge for the baby play pen. I've never paid for one in all my travels. What I did like was that there were many restaurants and stores very close including a grocery store across the street. It seemed like they had some themed rooms which I thought was great. The area was a little dirty and stinky, and there was a home made house for some homeless people directly across the street but they didn't bother us. The hotel itself was clean and had security at night so that was good.

  Strategic base to visit Los Angeles

  This hotel is strategically located in Hollywood, fairly close to main touristic sites.Rooms are spacious and the one on the second floor are very nice as well.Beds are comfortable and pillows provide a good night sleep.The hotel offers free coffee in the morning and water refill throughout the day, which is very convenient.Staff is very kind and professional: all of them are helpful and friendly.There is a supermarket on the other side of the road and a metro station at close distance.The onsite restaurant is convenient.
