    I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was very friendly professional and always willing to help. When I needed ice and wine glasses , nora from minibar help with my request the service made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail.     LA Hidden Gem--London West Hollywood is a Must Stay

    This hotel was such a pleasant surprise. So much nicer than the pictures indicate. The rooms are huge and the bathrooms spacious. The pool area is the ultimate LA experience. Staff was friendly, helpful, and there was no stuffy attitude (that is often the case at LA hotels) from anyone we interacted with. I would stay here again in a flash.     Nice hotel but watch out for hidden fees

    Nice hotel and staff and large rooms. However hidden amenity fees for WiFi, gym usage, and above market parking would mean I would not recommend.     This is our home away from home in LA. The staff make this gem of a hotel. In a West Hollywood neighborhood that veers from tacky ( the Sunset ) to delightful ( walk in the Norma Triangle neighborhood). Eclectic is the word for the area but The London is a refined but not stuffy, elegant retreat with the most kind and professional staff.Did I mention the cool private cinema where they host screenings for the industry? Old world glam amid the Hollywood scene. The bathrooms are the most luxurious - like a Roman Spa!
