This place is gross as soon as me and my family got in our room there were roaches everywhere and they were huge. I don’t recommend this place because it’s just so disgusting I should’ve looked at the reviews before booking even the outside looked gross.

NOT as advertised! Felt very unsafe!

Booked this for one night after it advertised 2 restaurants, a pool, bar, and a free airport shuttle. None of these are available, in fact they all are derelict, shut down, broken and whole place looks like a crack house. Sketchy activity everywhere I looked, seems like it’s used for illegal activities undoubtedly. It looks like the “bar/restaurant” has been shut down for years, there are broken windows and garbage and graffiti. The room was dirty and I didn’t want to touch anything. The airport shuttle isn’t available “due to Covid” but this was never advertised or listed. Literally one of the scariest places I’ve stayed in my life.

The accomody was terrible! It was the WORST motel or whatever is called since i’m travelling...The place under the bridge is much more clean than this room, the floor carpet was so dirty we were afraid to step on it so we were wearing shoes all the time.The bed and breakfast was actually a cup of coffee and a blueberry muffin, but only for 3 days, after that they closed the restaurant which is understandable but we would expect some further information about this.The room key cards were needed to reprogram each night at the reception but we have no idea why...but they never asked any ID or even just a name, they asked only the room number what is absolutely not safe in my oppinion...And yesterday somebody has stolen our phone charger from the bed during we were out of the “hotel”!

The hotel was nice for the price. This is the second time I have been here and since my first time they have added more security. That was very nice to keep the more roudy guests in check as it got later so the noise level was down when it was time to sleep. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. When I did not get the double bed I wanted they not only immediately fixed the problem but let me inspect the available rooms first to make sure I was completely satisfied. The evening staff at the bar, Kate in particular, was very nice, chatty, and offered a lot of suggestions for different drinks she thought I might like. It was a wonderful vacation. I also loved the free shuttle to the beach.😁

Stay away from this place. My mom made reservations here but we had to cancel our trip and, even though we canceled a month in advance from the day we were due to arrive, the hotel refused to give us a refund. Mind you we had payed in full before even getting there (a mistake, now I know). They don’t even answer emails so just do yourself a favour and avoid these scammers.
