    Late night disaster

    It was a late check-in after a long day at Disneyland. Stayed only because I needed a few hours of shut-eye. Place was really disappointing as far as cleanliness. Would have left immediately if I had checked in earlier. Bathroom,sinks, linen all was subpar to any acceptable standards. All we could was close our eyes and hope for the best. Would not recommend anyone to sleep through this level of standards.

    Less than favorable area with Roaches in room.

    The first few days were okay except for the people hanging around out front of the hotel screaming at each other. The room had a distinctly musty smell which on our 3rd last day there we found out why... roaches. We checked out and moved hotels to a much cleaner hotel in Norwalk CA. The man at the front desk waa shocked when I brought the roach to the front desk, offered a refund for the remaining two nights which I now have to deal with priceline to get back.

    I stayed for the price and the free breakfast. Come to find out all the services were out. No Breakfast, No Laundry, No Wifi, No water, unclean rooms. moveable beds. Thin pillows. Drunk trying to kick my door down at 3am. Pimp and hooker trying to solicite in front of my room @ 5 am talking about how raunchy her crotch is. I can go on and on.

    Hotel staff harassed and treated my girlfriend very wrong. First, one of the workers stared at her breasts for multiple minutes. When she said something because she was uncomfortable, he said — and I quote — “You don’t belong here,” which seemed racist. He also said she had to have a room even though she was just waiting outside the pool for me while I was at the front desk.As this was happening, the front desk lady, Rosa, was pretty much ignoring me, saying “Give me a second” every time someone called. She was also trying to deal with giving someone a booked room, and when I told her what happened, she brushed it off like it was nothing.I asked for a refund and she said no. Then after we went to the pool, we saw the same guy trying to get into our room. I asked her why he had a key to our room — why would my girlfriend be comfortable with a guy who harassed her having our room key?Instead of explaining, she kicked us out and called the cops. Joke’s on her — they had just gave us a number to report the hotel too . And the whole thing was on there cameras too

    This property is a perfect place to stay without breaking the bank, very clean, peaceful, safe and very nice clean rooms, very friendly and professional staff, you will get a five star hospitality without paying a five star rate, no drama or surprises here, very convenient location next to stores and restaurants, try next door ozi restaurant and bar a landmark with fabulous food, also Denny's, Starbucks and so much more, you can't go wrong staying in this place.
