    NOISY SUIT ROOM NEXT TO THE STREETyou won't sleepsmells bad, energy had a burnt inscence from whoever stayed before. obviously there's a smell. ROACHES RUNNING AROUNDHAIR STILL IN THE SHEETS and on the wall. weird. doors were very dirty, built up filthyness. nothing was freshly wiped down. JACUZZI TUB DIDN'T WORK lasted 10 seconds even when we turned the timer to an hour. Property workers, office guy, cleaning lady, and Property management are nice. But they could have discounted our first night to a normal rate of a room since we had so many issues and not able to use the jacuzzi tub. We checked out after the first night and we had booked 3 nights. We will never return to this property again.This was our 10 year anniversary and my birthday trip. I was stressed out trying to book another hotel, while trying to enjoy our time at the Disney parks.
