Cancelled my reservation just like that, no authorization.

I made a reservation two months ago for 3 nights in May. For no reason at all, they sent me a cancellation notice now in March. I never cancelled this. I have called this hotel for 2 days at all hours. For me it is poorly run and their procedures are unacceptable. I have no room now. Never again. You call and no one answers. Too cheap to hire someone to answer the phone. Forget it. You will regret it.

Disappointed and Disrespected During the Holidays

I regret to say that my experience at Travelodge was far from satisfactory, especially during a time that should have been filled with joy and family. I stayed at this location for five days during Christmas break while visiting family. Everything seemed fine until the staff abruptly terminated my stay a day before checkout.The issue arose when two additional family members—children, no less—came to spend time with me at the hotel. These were not additional guests staying overnight but family members visiting during the holiday season. The staff made an unnecessary and embarrassing fuss about this, creating a deeply uncomfortable situation. Despite my explanation and the fact that I was paying for my stay, they insisted on enforcing a rigid and frankly unreasonable policy that completely disregarded the spirit of the holidays and basic hospitality.The decision to terminate my stay was both upsetting and disruptive, especially considering the amount of money I had already spent at this location. It felt like a lack of understanding, flexibility, and basic respect for their guests.If you're looking for a hotel that values its customers and understands the meaning of hospitality, especially during special times like the holidays, I cannot recommend this Travelodge location.

Terrible customer service and dirty rooms

I called the front desk Sunday evening g to request cleaning service in my room and the front desk agent confirmed he would have it done . I called the front desk agent this morning around 9 am prior to my conference to request cleaning service . The usual front desk agent KEVIN who has a documented bad reputation for being crass and rude was EVIDENTLY dodging my call from my room . I tried to call the hotel directly from my cell using a blocked number and he just answers to confirm he will have it done . I came back around 10 pm after a long day to find the bed has not been made and the trash was still laying around . I didn't have any fresh towels apparently as all the dirty ones were scattered about on the floor . I called the front desk again and a female agent answers who told me she'd bring fresh towels up to my room . PLAIN UNACCEPTABLE to the point that I am so reluctant ti give even a SINGLE STAR to rate this dump of a property . I am giving a start for the excellent service offered by the female front desk agent who gave me an upgrade to a much better room towards the front since I did tell yep prior front desk agents that I was requesting cleaning service the night before and the following morning BUT the room had not been turned down which was utterly frustrating after a long stressful day at work .

Great Price - we just needed a place to sleep but still took advantage of the breakfast and hot tub. Everything we needed was made available. Our son lives nearby, and we will probably be back. If you're looking for a deal, it's great. If you're looking for a luxury - high-end vacation spot to be pampered, it's not the place for you.

Very outdated, toilet seat was broken and had to hold handle down to flush , grout was missing and what was there was black , couldn't tell if bathtub was clean, carpet disgusting, we used slippers anytime we got up from the bed, room stunk, not close to anything... only good thing was a bed to sleep in
