  Beautiful. Well located. Great front desk gave me everything I asked for: towels, coffee, TP, anything. Great location. Warm, clean room, good water pressure. Fantastic area.

  A nice motel for an overnight stay. Everything was within walking distance of where I needed to go. The sensor lights and air conditioner near the bed were a nice touch.

  A perfect location for the Rose Parade - right on the parade route. Manager was friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable if a bit outdated. Free parking. Mini-fridge and microwave in room.

  I stay at this hotel frequently and Jay and his wife Shveta are the best! They’re so gracious! I’ve only had good experiences staying there Very comfortable rooms with all the amenities It’s pretty quiet at night which is so important when you need a good night’s rest on the road I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a great place to stay when you’re traveling. 5 Stars!

  (Update Review) I was overcharged $295 during the last week of my three week stay.

  (Updated)This location refused to return the $295.00 that an employee charged to my credit card in the middle of the night during my week and stay at this location. After attempting to resolve the issue directly with the Pasadena Travel Lodge Central, I reached out to the Wyndham Guest Services as a Diamond Tier Member.Ultimately, no resolution was reached, with this location stating that since they are independently owned, they are not required to cooperate with the Wyndham Guest Services.I had stayed at this location multiple times for up to three weeks during 2024 and the beginning of 2025 as I moved back and forth between California and Arizona. This was my only stay in 2025, and there was no manager working at this location for the two months prior according to one of its employees. A new manager who was a past manager came on location the day prior to my check out of this three week stay.(Original Review)During my stay, my room was accessed at least two different times while I was out during extended amounts of time. I ended up having to put camera's in my room to notify me via phone notifications when anyone entered during my absence.I was also over charged $295 for my stay.Apparently, this location has been absent a manager for over two months, including during my stay.Rooms are clean, modest furnishings, large parking lot that can accommodate small moving trucks. Never seen any bugs here.The beds are a little firmer than I prefer.The laundry machines at this location were broken and in the process of being replaced.There were several times that this location did not feel safe, due to guests staying here and standing in the dark areas of the hallways.There was a homeless person living in a cardboard box behind the motel.There was fighting and yelling in near-by rooms at night, I presumed they are FEMA bookings from Altadena and Eaton Canyon Fires.There was a lot of marijuana smoke during this stay, in the hallways, at least one room I walked past had their window and door open smoking weed.The cable TV was down during my stay, but even when it works, the channel selection is unimpressive.(Updated)I do not recommend staying at this location. Pay a little more elsewhere for a safer, honest, private and quality experience.
