    They'll pretty much deny your booking for anything.

    Was denied a bed for living too close to the Hostel by the bell. I booked a bed online and was denied boarding because I live within 100 miles from the property. I live about 50 miles away, but apparently I live too close. There was nothing online about staying at this hotel on Tripadvisor or the website. Had to sleep in my car that night as the other hotels in the area were booked.

    Stayed 3 nights, loved the place, very clean, secure, good common room to meet, free secure lockers, breakfast a bit basic but remember it is not a very expensive hostel to stay in. Venice Beach is literally next door, along with shops, restaurants etc.Will definitely use again if going back to L.A.

    I stayed in a 4bed all female room, which came with a bathroom. The room was very cute and clean with a pretty view of the beach from the window. They provide free earplugs and I slept very nicely every night despite there being a bar nearby blasting loud music. Overall great experience for a solo traveler!

    I arrived late att night and I know a lot of people do at this destination(Venice) It would be helpful when I asked in the reception of advice for a place to eat och buy some food if he could be so kind to inform that there is a food truck available. Not answer everything is closed around here. And when I got informed from my roommate that they have free towels in the reception and I walk back and ask for a towel and wonder why he dident give me one he answer you dident ask. Sad to say this is not the happy nice treatment I got before checking in here. Sorry to say.

    Staff are so friendly and accommodating every thing was very clean and for such a great location well worth the money thank you for having me guys and we also got a breakfast witch is not the norm but an amazing touch to have also the common room is very comfortable and you are able to store your bags and pick them up for when you need to leave later
