    Don’t stay here

    rating09 Aug 2026

This place is a dump. We stayed on first floor. The hall smelled moldy. There was mold on bathroom wallpaper. The hotel is next to highway and very noisy. The cabinet holding the refrigerator was falling apart The front desk staff was helpful and the waitress at cafe was very accommodating Don’t stay here

    Odd hotel location

    rating04 Jun 2026

This is strange hotel siting right on the edge of the city line. There is located nearby and no sidewalks so walking is impossible The Mason Jar restaurant is nearby but the only safe way to get there is to drive! (Note the Fairfield Marriott is adjacent to this restaurant)

    More like “MEH” WAH

My family and I stayed here for 6 nights. I will start by saying this entire experience has been extremely frustrating. The location is right next to the highway which is VERY noisy. I knew that making my reservation and requested an interior and connecting room for my son. I explained how important it was for us to have a quiet room. They said they under stood would try to accommodate me. Upon our arrival, my family didn’t even want to go in because the outside of the hotel looks so beat up with facing missing out front and not kept up at all. Nothing like the pictures. I was pleasantly surprised walking in and the lobby is very inviting and a nice, comfortable place to hang out. Upon check in, I was informed we were given connecting rooms, but bottom floor exterior rooms directly next to the highway because they “were booked up”. No one said this to me when I made the reservations . I explained that we don’t have a need, just a request for a connecting room, but the location of the room was extremely important. For 2 nights we barely slept because it was so noisy. It was terrible! Also, the rooms are very dated and felt like a dungeon. After 1 day, the manager called me and explained that my initial request was never a possibility because they don’t have our type of rooms that connect on the interior and that should have been explained to me. Yes it should have! No apology was given . So, they were finally able to move our rooms 2 days later to the interior, but not connecting. It was so much better! However, we were given a handicap room, which meant we couldn’t hang our long coats and dresses because everything was super low , including the towel hooks that made the towels drag. Also, there was a round toilet seat on an oblong toilet leaving a huge gap in the front. Why would they think that is ok? It’s just weird and unnecessary. In addition, there was black mold around the grab bars in the shower and nothing in the room or bathroom felt clean. The next two mornings, we were awakened at 5 am by our neighbors talking very loudly and fighting with each other. Not the hotels fault, but be forewarned the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything next door! The beds are somewhat comfortable, but both the beds and pillows felt “lumpy”. Finally, on our last day, we arrived to our room at 5 pm to find no housekeeper had cleaned our room. When I asked the front desk, again no apology, but was told it was out fault because apparently you have to make an official request to them that they clean your room every day. They apparently only clean every other day. This was NEVER explained to me. I told them I have never been to a hotel where that is a policy. I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms and exterior is in desperate need of repair and updating. They need a better staff that knows how to communicate and accommodate. I will say the lobby is the saving grace of this place. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed!

Clean rooms, got the job done. BUT Call ahead and make sure they have internet!!

    rating17 Nov 2025

Room was clean the pool was open (extra points), but room pool was in was dimly lit and not in a nice way and felt a little creepy in my opinion. I just stayed for a quick dip and ran back to my room. The staff was nice and helpful and they deserve extra points for their coffee stand being open in the morning. Tip the lady who works at the coffee stand; she is lovely and didn't skimp on coffee like some places do.I was staying here on work and they didn't have internet (as of 1st week of November, maybe things changed by now) which was disappointing because I depended on the fact that I would be able to work on things in the evening as well as at my place of work. They explained to me that they had an outage the week prior and they had internet issues. I understand, but that didn't help me on my work trip, and it was too late for me to change to another hotel. Call ahead to see if their internet is working that's my advice to you. But good luck with that it's kind of impossible to find a number that doesn't lead to their corporate call center.

    Pay special attention at check-in!!

    rating02 Jan 2025

Be careful who helps you at the front counter upon check-in and ensure you know exactly what they are charging for (should be $20/night for incidentals). I got charged full price for the hotel even though I prepaid and how have to dispute it through my bank. The attendant, Al, did not disclose to me that he was charging full price, and was nowhere to be found when I disputed it. Otherwise, hotel is quiet and comfortable. No complaints there. Customer service was definitely hit or miss.
