    What a stay!!!

    To say I was impressed, is an understatement. Rhonda, our housekeeper, found my very expensive sandals, worn once, and immediately turned them in. Who does that? Apparently, all the housekeepers do that at the Fairfield Inn. The continental breakfast was wonderful with the server refilling the minute the food was gone.     Boiler is down. No hot water. I’m here for a week on business travel. Really disappointed about the water issue. Site can use a refresh. I came during a quiet week but I’d avoid this place during college sports season. Lack of hot water aside, the hotel is walkable to Manhattan’s downtown/entertainment district.     Quiet, super clean, and comfy

    We stayed one night in December to celebrate the series finale party of Somebody Somewhere. It was a last minute decision to go, so a lot of the hotels were booked - this was available. But I can tell you it exceed expectations. It was SO CLEAN. So quiet, just really lovely. The decor is a titch outdated, but everything is clean, cared for, in great conditioning a perfect spot for a comfy night's rest.     This is always my go too spot in Manhattan. I have been staying here for 15 Years and it's still a great location and visit. It is getting a little dated but the staff and the accommodations make it worth it. Amazing people always friendly and beds and linens are great and the Breakfast. Will keep on going back...rates are really good too.     Enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn in Manhattan, KS due to the location. Jacob in the front desk was friendly.It is across the Flint Hills Discovery Center. Art and Lights museum is being built across the hotel. The hotel is a short drive to Kansas State University.
