    This is our go to place to stay by campus when we are in Manhattan. Easy to walk to Aggieville too. Rooms are good. Is odd that the room doors open out into the hallway.     Horrible dirty hotel--needed refurbishing years ago and no one wanted to invest in the updates. I can deal with dated, but this hotel is disgusting. There is a new Courtyard down the street--it would be wise to give it a try.I have stayed at Holiday Inns since they arrived on the hotel scene in the 1960s--this was a horrible experience mediated only by the location and the kindness and knowledge of the staff. No manager listed on duty--who could blame them. Just awful!     I’d give 10 stars if I could. Shout out to the amazing, kind, and responsive front desk - both young women who I’ve found there today and the young man who also seemed to be staffing the front. I am staying an unexpected night because my pet is having a medical emergency and is at the university. This hotel has been a warm, inviting and so comfortable place to be for this difficult night. The rooms are spacious, clean and very tastefully decorated. Beautiful bathroom and super comfy bed. Parking is easy and free. Thanks so much.

    Nice hotel. Clean and fresh and the room was fine, but: The TV didn't work and after my wife and I trying everything we could think of, we called the front desk - 4 times - with no answer. On the 5th try (over an hour) someone finally answered and immediately put me on a "brief hold". 6 minutes later I gave up. They did comp our breakfast (not normally included) after a short interrogation, to confirm I had a valid complaint. I'm hoping this was a one off and a casualty of the neurotic labor market.     All in all a good hotel. Clean and cared for building. Our room was comfortable. It's an older hotel so it has some different set ups. Unusually that the doors to the rooms open out into the hallway. Great location if you want to be by KSU campus or Aggieville.
